The story in brief
Two goats helped draw students to a voter registration table at St. Petersburg College’s downtown campus, WUSF reports. Project Citizen Fellows organized the event on the registration deadline for the Nov. 3 election, offering nonpartisan guides and a QR code for registration checks and sign-ups. A few dozen students stopped by, including a first-time voter who registered. Organizers aimed to make civic participation approachable and plan an Oct. 13 lunch discussion about democracy.
