Leon County residents line up for sandbags ahead of Isaias

WCTV’s Julie Montanaro reported that Leon County’s sandbag sites opened October 8 and that residents queued at the Northeast Branch Library. County worker Marvin Hudson estimated the site could fill as many as 2,000 bags over two days; the county and city together had eight sites open, according to WCTV.

The question: Follow up on site demand, supply availability and whether assistance was accessible to residents who could not transport or fill bags themselves.
